All purchases must be paid in U.S. dollars in advance of shipment.

By purchasing from TaseSales, the Customer is responsible to agree with the Export Restrictions of the United States Federal Law, United States Department of Commerce, and other applicable jurisdictions. The products sold by TaserSales are restricted and regulated in various states, provinces, municipalities and cities. Sales are to United States residents only.
Shipping
Orders received will be processed within two normal business day unless a backorder for product exists. Shipping is UPS Ground. You should receive your products within 2 weeks.
In the event of circumstances outside the control of TaserSales that will delay the shipment to the Customer, such as induced by weather or accidents, the customer will be notified by e-mail as to when delivery will resume.
Return Policy
All sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed. Exception based on state or federal law need to be sent in writing to our corporate office.
Any product that is returned to TaserSales without prior approval is considered an unauthorized return, and the Customer will not receive any credit or refund for that product, nor will the product be returned to the Customer.
How Secure is my data?
TaserSales uses advance internet protocols and security features to insure that any personal information is protected.
Your data is secure and will not be released by TaserSales.com other than for investigation of TASER units used in the commission of illegal activities. We are committed to responsible sale and distribution of our products to maximize overall public and community safety.
Why is a SSN Required?
TASER products are serious self-defense systems. When you purchase a TASER® X26c we require your birth date and your social security number to validate age and identity of purchasers. This data is validated against credit card information prior to shipment. TaserSales.com will only use this information to perform a background check - we will not share or divulge your information with anyone else.
When you purchase a TASER® C2 from TaserSales.com we do not require this information. However, there is an activation process with the manufacturer that may require this information.
TaserSales does not market to minors. This is why we ask for your birth date. Any information that might be obtained from a minor is deleted and removed from our records.
How am I approved?
Purchase of the TASER® X26C must have prior approval obtained before any transaction can occur. This is why you must send us a completed Application Form. This approval is conducted through agents of TASER International Inc.
Purchase of the TASER® C2 does not require any prior approval. TASER International Inc. will process the approval after purchase of the TASER® C2 from TaserSales.com. This is conducted through a secured web site for a fee of $9.99. TaserSales.com is not involved in this approval process.
Is TaserSales.com an Authorized Dealer?
International Export Group, Inc. (tasersales.com) is an Authorized Dealer for TASER International, Inc.
TASER® devices are not considered firearms by the U.S. government. They can be legally carried (concealed or open) without a permit in 43 states. Prohibited citizen use in DC, HI, MA, MI, RI, NY, NJ, WI & certain cities & counties. CT and IL legal with restrictions. Check local laws on carrying electronic control devices.
Warranty
TaserSales holds no warranty on any TASER product sold.
The manufacture is the sole responsible for all warranties. See www.TASER.com for warranty provisions, warranty exclusions, release and any limitations of liability.
